The following details Task Sheriff Ltd.’s (“The Company”) privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) for the use of The Company’s Services (the “Services”) and describes the types of information The Company gathers from persons using its Services and how The Company use such information.
By using the Services or you (the “Customer”) expressly consent that any information that The Company collect from or about the Customer, including Personal Information (as defined below), anonymous information, aggregate information and other non-identifiable financial data required in order to provide you with the Services (collectively, “Information”), will be handled as described in this Privacy Policy and The Company’s Terms of Use (the “Terms of Use”). The Terms of Use are incorporated by reference into this Privacy Policy. IF THE CUSTOMER DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, THE CUSTOMER MAY NOT USE THE SERVICES. “Personal Information” shall mean personally identifiable information about an individual, such as a name, address, e-mail address, phone number, or other identifier that permits direct or indirect identification of a specific individual, or as otherwise defined by applicable privacy and data security.
The Company may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, at its sole discretion. The Company will notify the Customer about significant changes in the way it treat Personal Information by sending a notice to the Customer’s email address and/or by placing a notice on the The Company’s websites.

In general, The Company may collect Information in several manners – by collecting it from its Customers or by collecting it from others. In each case, The Company may gather Personal Information and / or anonymous information.
Information Collected From the Customer
The Company may collect from Customers Information, such as, full name, address, gender, age, telephone no., e-mail address, activities, interests and views and a in the case of purchase, method of payment and details thereof.
Information Collected From Third Parties
The Company may obtain Information about Customers from business partners and other third parties such as social platforms. When access or use the Services, the Customer allows The Company to access or collect information made available by the third party in accordance with its privacy policy.
Information Collected Automatically
The Company may also automatically collect Information through the Customer’s use of the Services using cookies and other technologies. This Information may include, without limitation, information about the Customer’s operating system, settings and system configurations, IP address, device model, device ID and other unique device identifiers, the web pages the Customer access within the Company’s websites, the dates and times the Customer access The Company’s websites, and web log data.
The Company will retain Customer’s Personal Information only as long as is necessary for the purposes to which the Customer consent under the Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy, or as is required by applicable law.
The Company’s primary purpose in collecting Information from or about Customers is to provide its Customers with the Services. In addition, The Company may use Customer’s Information, Including Personal Information, to, inter alia: (a) administer The Company’s Services and business; (b) analyze and improve the Services; (c) enable the customer’s use of the Services; (d) personalize the Customer’s use of the Services; (e) send Customers e-mails, updates, newsletters, and special offers, and for other marketing or advertising purposes; (f) provide third parties with statistical information (but those third parties will not be able to identify any individual user from that information); (g) deal with enquiries and complaints made by or about Customer relating to The Company’s Service; (h) keep The Company’s Services secured and prevent fraud; (i) comply with applicable legal obligations, including responding to informal requests for information from governmental authorities, and to prevent activity The Company determine to be potentially illegal; and (j) for the enforcement of this Privacy Policy and/or the Terms of Use or any other purpose referenced herein or therein.
The Information may be shared with third party businesses and service providers such as with accountant and/or financial services firms with which the Company has a business or contractual relationship, only as long as it is necessary for the purpose under the Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy.
The Company does not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties Customer’s Personal Information without the Customer consent or as otherwise specified in this Privacy Policy.
The Company may disclose Information, including Personal Information, to any of its employees, officers, insurers, professional advisers, agents, suppliers or subcontractors, insofar as reasonably necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. The Company may also release Information to current or future affiliates, parent companies, or subsidiaries
The Company may Share Information with third parties who assist The Company in operating the Services, conducting its business or otherwise serve The Company or perform functions on its behalf, provided that, those parties agree to keep this information confidential.
The Company may disclose Information, including Personal Information: (a) to the extent that The Company is required to do so by law; (b) in connection with any ongoing or prospective legal proceedings; (c) in order to establish, exercise or defend The Company’s legal rights (including providing information to others for the purposes of fraud prevention and reducing credit risk); (d) to any person who The Company reasonably believe may apply to a court or other competent authority for disclosure of that personal information where, in The Company’s reasonable opinion, such court or authority would be reasonably likely to order disclosure of that personal information.
In the event that The Company (i) is acquired by or merged with another company; or (ii) sell or transfer assets to another company, Customer’s Information will likely be one of the transferred assets.
Customer’s Information will be collected, processed, stored and used by The Company, and if/when applicable may be passed to and processed by The Company’s subsidiaries and/or affiliated companies. Information contributed by or collected from Customers may be stored and processed in any country in which The Company or its affiliates, subsidiaries or agents maintain facilities. By using the Services, the Customer hereby acknowledge and agree that the Customer may be transferring Information, including Personal Information, outside of the country in which the Customer have contributed it, and that the Customer consent to any such transfer of Information outside of the Customer’s country to a country that may not offer the same level of protection for Information as the country in which the Customer reside.
Customer shall have the right to know what Personal Information the Company collect about the Customer and to ensure that such data is accurate and relevant for the purposes for which The Company collected it. The Company allows its users the option to access, change or modify information previously provided. This may be done through the sending of a request to that effect to info@tasksheriff.com.
If Customer prefers not to receive newsletters or other marketing e-mails from The Company, Customer shall notify The Company by clicking on the unsubscribe link within any newsletter or marketing e-mail the Customer receives. Such requests may take up to ten (10) days to become effective.
The Company takes security measures to help safeguard Customer’s Personal Information from unauthorized access and disclosure. However, no system can be completely secure. Therefore, although The Company takes steps to secure Customer’s Information, The Company do not promise, and Customer should not expect, that Customer’s Personal Information, activities, or other communications will always remain secure. The Company are taking all reasonable technical precautions in order to prevent, as much as possible, any misuse, alteration or loss of Customer’s Personal Information.
The Company restrict the use of the Services by individuals age 18 and above. The Company does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
The Customer’s use of the Services, including any dispute concerning privacy, is subject to this Privacy Policy and the applicable Terms of Use [ ]. BY USING THE SERVICES, THE CUSTOMER IS ACCEPTING THE PRACTICES SET OUT IN THIS PRIVACY POLICY AND THE APPLICABLE TERMS OF USE.
THE COMPANY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO ANY BREACHES OF SECURITY, DAMAGE TO THE CUSTOMER’S DEVICE, OR ANY LOSS OR UNAUTHORIZED USE OF THE CUSTOMER’S INFORMATION OR ANY OTHER DATA. BY USING THE SERVICE, THE CUSTOMER AGREES THAT THE COMPANY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DISCLOSURE OF CUSTOMER’S PERSONAL INFORMATION MADE BY THE CUSTOMER TO A THIRD PARTY THROUGH THE CUSTOMER’S USE OF THE SERVICES. THE CUSTOMER FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE TRANSMISSION OF INFORMATION OVER THE INTERNET IS INHERENTLY INSECURE, AND THE COMPANY CANNOT GUARANTEE THE SECURITY OF DATA SENT OVER THE INTERNET.
